This collaborative, above-and-beyond way of working is evident in one of Sash UK’s latest projects for City Windows in Berkshire. Situated in Cock Marsh, Bourne End a property needed an old conservatory removing and a new one constructing. Its riverside location and limited road access made the project more complex than most. The existing conservatory had to be removed from the site by barge, with the new one being transported in the same way.
For Sash UK to supply the new conservatory, they worked in partnership with City Windows Berkshire to ensure that the specification of the conservatory was correct. Roderrick Walsh builders carried out ground and timber works for City Windows Berkshire. The completed conservatory was a lean-to style in cement grey with aqua-green self-cleaning glass, measured 3.5 meters deep by 13.5 meters wide, and testament to Sash UK’s ‘clear and open’ way of working with clients and partners.
