Christmas & New Year Shutdown: 2017/18
Historically, Sash UK has closed for 2-weeks over Christmas and New Year. This doesn’t suit all our customers. To underline our commitment to providing industry-leading customer service, this year we will only close 3-days in addition to the public holidays. So, we will close end of play Friday 22 December 2017 and open again on Tuesday 2 January 2018.
However, if you have a specific need for frames within the shutdown period, then we will look at what can be done to accommodate your requirements. Ideally, if you discuss specific requirements with us before Friday 1 December this will give us time to plan.
Based on the above shutdown period, all products should be ordered as normal and Sash UK will deliver on your usual delivery day right up to and including Friday 22 December.
Deliveries will resume Tuesday 2 January, following the usual arrangements for a public holiday week i.e. Monday deliveries will be made Tuesday with usual deliveries resuming from Tuesday onwards.
Our couriered products service will be available as normal outside of the shutdown period.

All delivery dates will be detailed on your order confirmations that are sent out from either order processing or conservatory departments.
We’d be grateful if you could inform Sash UK if you intend to either close earlier than Friday 22 December or intend to remain closed beyond Tuesday 2 January so that we may plan your delivery accordingly.
